We accept the following major credit cards: American Express, MasterCard and Visa as well as payment through PayPal. Upon checkout you will have the option to use your either your PayPal account OR pay directly using your credit or debit card. Online orders are placed via SSL encryption to protect your credit card information.


Domestic Shipping & HANDLING Information
In stock items will ship out within 24 hours. Items ordered together will ship together.
We ship through the United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS) and offer four shipping methods — Standard, 2-Day Express, 3-Day Select and Overnight Delivery.

Standard Delivery in the continental United States
Standard Delivery shipping and handling rates are based on the merchandise total. Orders placed by 11am EST will be delivered in the contiguous U.S. within 3-5 business days for most in-stock merchandise. In the event of a delay, you will be notified by email. Standard Delivery is via USPS.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories
Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and US territories ship via USPS Flat Rate Prioirty Mail. (rate quoted at checkout)

Shipping to Canada and Mexico
 rders shipping to Canada and Mexico  ship via USPS Standard Flat Rate Mail. (rate quoted at checkout)


INternational Orders and SHIPPING & HANDLING INFORMATION
We ship outside the US via United States Postal Service (USPS) Flat Rate Priority Mail International. Rates for this service are based on item weight and rates will be quoted upon checkout. Please allow 4-7 days for delivery. In stock items will ship out within 24 hours. Items ordered together will ship together. Recipients are responsible for all applicable customs, duties or taxes in that country collected by carrier upon delivery.

Return Policy
Books and products purchased from the Art in a Box Shop are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective. If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact Customer Service immediately at customerservice@artinabox.org. Your order must be returned within 14 days of receipt in order to claim a refund for damaged items. Credit for returned items will be issued upon receipt of merchandise. All returns must be accompanied with a sales receipt or invoice. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have any questions regarding returns, please email customerservice@artinabox.org.


Sales Tax
Tax is charged on orders with New York shipping addresses. Shipments to New York locations include 8.875% tax computed after adding shipping and handling and express delivery charges.
